Children's Sessions are for grades K through 5  (July 20-23, 2026)

Youth Sessions are for grades 6 to 12  (July 20-23, 2026)

Multiple students from the same household may be added without repeating the guardian's information.  Just continue the form at the bottom after entering the first student's information.  

A 2026, Journey Church Youth or Children's Permission Form must be on file in order to participate.  It is a Parent's / Guardian's responsibility to ensure that a current permission form is on file with Journey Church, with current contact information.
